I recently spent a short vacation in Paris, and as usual, I couldn’t resist going on an action figure hunt! 😄
Paris has quite a few interesting places for collectors, and during this short trip I managed to visit a handful of them. There are probably many more shops out there, but these are the ones I had time to explore.
So, let’s begin!
🧸 Pulp’s Toys
📍 6 Rue Dante, 75005 Paris, France
I started my hunt at Pulp’s Toys, and this was a really fun little shop to explore.
There were lots of cute collectibles and blind boxes, with something for everyone. I spotted:
- Pokémon
- Dragon Ball Z
- Evangelion
- Teletubbies
- Star Wars
- Kimmon
- Jada Toys Street Fighter
- And plenty more
- However, I couldn’t find many traditional action figures here. It felt more like a shop for cute collectibles, toys and blind boxes rather than a dedicated action-figure store.
Still, definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.
📚 Hayaku Shop Mangas
Just near Pulp’s Toys is Hayaku Shop Mangas.
As the name suggests, there are lots and lots of manga. One thing to keep in mind is that the manga is in French.
They also had a few statues and collectibles, so it’s worth having a look if you’re already nearby.
📖 Pulp’s Comics
Continue walking up and you’ll come across Pulp’s Comics.
This one is mainly for comic-book fans, with a great selection of comics.
⭐ Album Comics — Don’t Miss This One!
Keep walking, cross the road, and you’ll find Album Comics.
Now this is where things started getting really interesting for me! 😍
This shop had proper action figures, including a good selection of:
- Marvel
- DC
- Blokees Marvel Rivals
- Cosmic Legions
- Masters of the Universe (MOTU)
- A few MAFEX figures
- Comics and manga
- Jada Toys Street Fighter
If you’re an action figure collector, don’t skip this one.
This was probably one of my favourite stops during the hunt because there was a much stronger focus on actual figures.
🦸 Momie Mangas
And don’t stop there!
Walk a little further and you’ll find Momie Mangas.
From the outside, the shop might look quite small, but once you get inside, there is actually a lot to discover.
I found:
- S.H.Figuarts
- Blokees
- Blind boxes
- Anime collectibles
- And more
I really enjoyed this shop. It was one of those places where you need to spend a little time looking around because there are collectibles packed into the space.
🏬 Manga Story — Belle Épine
My final stop was Manga Story at Belle Épine Mall.
This was another interesting place for collectors, with a nice variety of anime and pop-culture merchandise.
I found:
- Statues
- S.H.Figuarts
- Transformers
- Jada Toys Street Fighter
- Swords
- Anime props
- And other collectibles
If you’re already visiting Belle Épine, it’s definitely worth checking out.
🎯 Final Thoughts
And that’s it from me this time!
This was only a short Paris trip, so I definitely didn’t manage to explore everything the city has to offer. I’m sure there are plenty of other great shops that I missed.
But if you’re visiting Paris and you’re into action figures, anime, manga or collectibles, these places are definitely worth putting on your list.
For me, Album Comics and Momie Mangas were the highlights, especially if you’re looking for actual figures
